It's a message board and it's free...try it out!

Another newer site ...is where waiters can look for jobs but also report what they average a week at their "establishment". They offer a bunch of cities and places...some of the stats seem way too high and some restaurants will tell you they seem way too low (like restaurants actually physically count our tips...especially ones in cash?!?)!
